The terms and conditions governing your use of the Fincom website and mobile application.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.fincomcorp.com and the Fincom mobile application (together, the “Platform”), operated by Fincom Consultancy Private Limited (“Fincom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Fincom is a Chartered-Accountant-led financial advisory firm that facilitates loan and funding advisory services by connecting applicants with banks, NBFCs and other lending partners. We act as a facilitator and advisor. We do not lend money ourselves, and we do not guarantee the approval, sanction or disbursement of any loan, which remains at the sole discretion of the respective lender.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents you submit (including PAN, income proofs and financial statements). Submission of false, forged or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and may attract legal consequences. Fincom shall not be liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Any professional or facilitation fees payable to Fincom will be communicated to you transparently and agreed in advance. Interest rates, processing fees and other charges levied by lenders are determined by the respective lender and are subject to their policies and applicable regulations.
While our advisory is provided by qualified professionals, information made available on the Platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding commitment or a substitute for independent professional advice specific to your circumstances. You should evaluate all loan terms and documentation carefully before acceptance.
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, the “FINCOM” mark, layout and software — is the property of Fincom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including lender portals and app-store listings). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties, and access to them is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fincom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, any lender's decision, or any delay or failure in disbursement. Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the professional fees actually received by us from you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fincom, its directors, employees and associates from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
